Lessons Rates
30-minute lesson = $35.00
Paid monthly at the beginning of each month (ie., 4 weeks = $140.00)
Billing
An invoice will be sent out at the beginning of each month. You may pay online via Paypal, Venmo (@Becky-Pollyea), Apple Cash, personal checks, and cash. If accounts are not kept current, late fees can be assessed and participation with the studio may be discontinued. Payment history can be found in your account on the studio website.
Cancellation Policy
Regular attendance at voice lessons is the only way to progress! Please give me at least 24 hrs. advanced notice should you need to cancel for any reason, in which case you will receive a credit that can be extended to future lessons. The same policy will be followed if I need to cancel a lesson. I am unable to provide make-up lessons at this time. If not given at least 24 hrs. notice of cancellation, a credit will not be given. Exceptions to this policy in cases of emergency will be handled on an individual basis. If cancellations become frequent, the student may be dropped.
Materials
Students will be responsible to purchase some or all three of the following (depending upon the customization of each student's program):
1. Music book
2. Sheet music
3. Backing tracks
Practice
You can't learn a new skill without practice! Students will be expected to work on their vocal exercises, assignments, and songs at home. A good place to start for beginning students is 15 min. per day, six days a week. Students will log their practice time in the online portal.
What to Bring to Lessons
1. A notebook
2. Pencil or pen
3. A water bottle
4. A recording device (like a smartphone)
5. The courage to try!
Inclement Weather Policy
If the Weld RE-4 school district (Windsor/Severance) cancels school, lessons will also be canceled. Credit for tuition paid will be forwarded to the next month.
Withdrawal
Should you wish to discontinue your lessons, please give me at least 2 weeks' notice.
